We'll Meet Again?

I often get asked  if you can meet loved ones for real  when you're asleep in a dream, those who have passed over? And the answer is yes. While going into complicated explainations is good for some, I prefer to try and keep things as simple as possible so that everyone can understand , so here goes. While we're asleep we enter a different state of consciousness and in some cases it allows us to leave our earthly body and meet in the middle between earth and heaven, , likewise some of those in heaven are able to come down to the middle dimension, and there we can spend time with our loved ones before we come back to our earthly body and they go back to the higher dimension (heaven) . My Life Is In Your Hands? Pt 1

When I started sharing some of my spiritual experiences with you, I promised that over time I would share more and this is one of those stories,  Due to the long nature of the story I've broken it into two parts so that hopefully you won't be falling asleep, although that's still possible of course?  So grab a Coffee and I'll begin...... 🤣 It was 2012 and i'd just been diagnosed with a large mass in my torso, I should say at this point that at no time during the whole of this experience did I ever feel it would end badly, I'm not sure if that's a deluded feeling that everyone feels when faced with a death sentence but I just instinctively knew god and spirit would look out for me. Dream Traveller

Is it  possible to travel while asleep, as in Astral travel or Astral projection? Well, It's a vast subject but in easy terms it's about  an intentional out of body experience where the physical body stays on the bed and the soul leaves the body to travel the universe, it's the same kind of experience  as reported by those after a near death experience, so the answer is yes. Now before you start thinking I'm four Pringles short of a tube let me explain. The reason I can answer the question is because it's happened to me, I say happened TO me because in my case it wasn't intentional, never have I  been supping on a Horlicks before bed thinking " I hope I get scared shitless tonight and my soul decides to leave my  chubby little body behind and go for a wander?" My Life Is In Your Hands Pt 2 ?

  I knew I was slipping in and out of consciousness, my mother said it was suddenly like a scene from Casualty, doctors came racing down the corridor and pulled the curtain around my bed and ushered her out. I felt the nurses face near mine again " You need an urgent blood transfusion, we're going to do it here now,do you understand? Can you blink or move a thumb, give me a sign that you understand?" I raised my thumb.  Next thing i was floating in the middle of the ward, I seemed to be going from my bed to floating and back again.I was scared and decided to think of sunflowers, I love sunflowers, something to focus on and distract from whatever was happening ? The Dream Upset?

Having upsetting dreams is common, not that it helps, especially when the emotions of the dream impact your waking life. I've been having them myself recently, dreams where I find myself crying, then I wake up in the middle of the night and start crying for real impacted by what's just happened in the dream, but there's good reason for this which I'm about to explain.   In life, When we're not dealing with things that need dealing with, the emotions collect internally, usually the solar plexus located in the abdomen near the diaphragm, at some point they need to be released because otherwise they can end up causing health issues making us very ill. Dream-state is a way for the body to release those emotions safely and save them building up, but it's also alerting us to the fact there are things in our waking life that we aren't dealing with and until we do, dumping our emotions in an upsetting dream and then feeling the impact in our waking life will be  an ...
